UK: LDC backs Moorhouse management as the consultancy goes independent
Management and transformation consultancy
LDC, part of Lloyds Banking Group, has invested in London consultancy Moorhouse after Expleo sold the business, backing the management team as Moorhouse operates independently again.
News: A 220-person, 2004-founded transformation consultancy leaves a global owner via a sponsor-backed management deal rather than a trade sale.
Why it matters: LDC is funding product expansion and targeted acquisitions, so complementary UK advisory boutiques become potential add-ons.
Radar: Watch for Moorhouse bolt-ons in sector-focused transformation and complementary advisory work. Terms were not disclosed.
