Leap Partners has acquired Richmond-area 360 Plumbing Service, the family-run full-service plumber founded in 2014 by Bob Mancino, who stays on to lead the business under its existing brand as Leap enters Virginia.
News: A Southeast home-services platform continues its multi-state buy-and-build with another owner-operator plumbing firm that keeps its local name and leadership.
Why it matters: Owner-operated HVAC, plumbing and electrical firms in the Southeast remain active targets for platforms that leave local leaders in place.
